Elegant in appearance, durable and easy to clean, the Starlet cryostat is made of steel coated with an ABS polymer, resistant to scratches, solvents and laboratory detergents. The compact chamber is constructed of stainless steel, equipped with a removable quick sample freezer and storage tray. Easy to clean and resistant to the most common decontaminants. The Starlet being relatively small, it ensures a short temperature drop time, to -30ºC in the chamber and to -40ºC in the rapid sample freezer. While not in use, an insulating cover ensures efficient operation of the cooling system, while providing a reduction in icing. If the equipment is transported, the chamber will remain cold for a long period of time.
