Casa Alvarez Fixating decalcifier
The fields of employment are needle biopsies, small bones, calcified arteries.
Method of use:
1. From 1 to 4 hours for needle biopsies and small bone fragments. From 8 to 16 hours for samples of 3-6 mm thickness.
2. The sample / decalcifier ratio should be 1/100
3. Post decalcification: Reconditioning of the sample by treating it with water 1 hour or 3 changes of PBS pH 7.4, of 20 minutes each.
