Automatic paraffin block grinding robot AT-192

Description

The new AT-192 Grinding Robot allows the complete automation of the routine and tedious grinding process. This frees up the technicians currently dedicated to this task to dedicate them to those laboratory needs with greater value and complexity. The equipment consists of an independent cutting unit, with a capacity of 192 paraffin blocks. It is designed to work both individually and in conjunction with the AS-410M Automatic Robot, being able to supply two cutting robots. The equipment frees laboratory technicians from the routine and unrewarding task of grinding, with the great advantage of doing so in a controlled environment that keeps the laboratory clean and free of annoying paraffin residues, thanks to its powerful vacuum cleaner, located in the cutting area.

Main advantages:

Uniform and constant grinding.
Automated process without technician intervention.
Works automatically during the night.
Frees technicians from routine tasks of little value.
An AT-192 can feed two AS-410Ms.
